Responsibilities include monitoring, level 1 support, and deployment assistance. Key duties include IoT endpoint supervision, managing the IoT Control Room, developing solutions in C# and interpreted languages, and conducting data analysis. Skills required include SLA resolution, Excel, Power BI, proficiency in JavaScript, Python, .Net C#, and IoT experience.
