You will lead the state operations and create, manage and implement plans to deliver or exceed commercial, operational, and financial targets. You will lead the sales and business strategies for your state, contributing to a successful and profitability of the business. To succeed, you will lead the channel plans, build strong customer relationships, and promote and expand their product offering to deliver profitable sales. You will oversee the running of the site which comprises of 17 employees of which include 3 sales representatives and warehouse. The Kewdale facility is valued around $30Million AUD - Averaging 20% year on year for the last 7 years of which consists of 10% organic growth.
