Key Responsibilities:  Manage the end-to-end collection process for loans and financial products in the assigned regions.  Develop and implement strategies for timely collections, reducing delinquency rates.  Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies during the collection process.  Monitor and track loan accounts, identify potential defaults, and take proactive measures to minimize risks.  Coordinate with legal teams for recovery processes in case of default.  Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage timely payments.  Prepare regular reports on collection
