  • Building relationships: Following up with customers after purchases, suggesting additional options, and inviting them to events 
  • Demonstrating products: Using interactive materials like videos, charts, and slideshows to present products 
  • Setting up displays: Arranging merchandise to look attractive and stocking products at booths or promotional stands 
  • Distributing samples: Giving out product samples, brochures, and flyers 
  • Tracking sales: Recording sales, processing payments, and preparing sales reports 
  • Attending training: Learning new sales strategies and staying up to date on product developments 
  • Coordinating events: Organizing product launches, sales promotions, in-store events, sampling events, and trade shows
