\Roles & Responsibilities :-
SM should responsible to do the new KYC business.
Selection staff as Sales executives for every branch and conducting on field Training and Hand holding them to increase the sales habits, Sales communication and increase productivity.
Allocation, Monitoring & Delivering the desired target on time, which will assigned by Management. (Attractive incentives/Rewards/Awards will be paid on the basis of performance)
Travelling across the cluster to conduct Meetings/Training/Reviews. (Actual TA & DA will be paid on eligibility)
Identify the Key result areas byconducting market analysisand decide the Activity, Location & Date.
Conducting timely staff reviews to increase the Leads quality, quantity and business. Key Skills:- Must have sales experience (Preferably direct sales) Territory familiarity. Speak local language. People management Skills. Communication Skills. Problem solving & negotiation Skills.
Qualification :- MinimumDegree (Regular)
