Job Summary: The Project Head will lead and oversee the successful execution of multiple projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and extensive experience in managing large-scale real estate or construction projects. The Project Head will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations. Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, architects, and engineers, to ensure clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure all projects meet the highest standards of excellence.
