Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in personal loan sales, strong team handling skills, and a passion for achieving targets. This role requires a strategic thinker who can inspire and motivate a team to excel in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

 Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of sales executives, setting clear performance expectations and providing ongoing support and training.

 Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve personal loan targets and drive overall sales growth.

 Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored financial solutions.

 Performance Tracking: Monitor team performance through KPIs, analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement and drive results.

 Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and challenges.

 Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment of sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

 4 to 7 years of experience in sales, with a focus on personal loans preferred.

 Proven experience in team handling and leadership roles.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

 Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
