Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:  HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR tasks including employee record maintenance, compliance with HR policies, and handling employee documentation.  Grievance Handling: Proactively address employee grievances, foster positive relationships, and resolve workplace issues.  People Management: Oversee employee engagement, team development, and management of workplace dynamics.  Talent Acquisition: Drive the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new talent.  Admin Management: Coordinate office administrative tasks such as managing vendors, office supplies, and other operational needs.  Database & Google Sheets: Maintain accurate HR databases and produce reports using Google Sheets to track employee metrics and performance.  Assisting Accounts: Collaborate with the finance team for payroll processing, HR-related financial tasks, and reporting.  Backend Support: Provide support for various HR functions including compliance tracking, documentation, and audits.  Performance Management: Implement and manage the performance appraisal system to ensure employee development and feedback mechanisms are in place. Skills Required:  In-depth knowledge of HR Operations and effective Grievance Handling.  Leadership abilities in People Management and fostering employee engagement.  Expertise in Talent Acquisition with strong recruitment skills.  Strong organizational skills in Admin Management.  Proficiency in Google Sheets and Database Management.  Ability to support Accounts and handle HR-related financial tasks.  Strong Backend Support skills for HR operational tasks.  Experience with Performance Management Systems
