Must be aware of handling welding equipment like Spot welding guns (ITG / SSW), Robots
and utility.
2. Must have good understanding on Press machine and welding equipment maintenance
related issue in area of Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Pneumatic/Hydraulic/Robotic.
3. Ensure strategic alignment of Plant equipment availability with Production goals.
4. Coordination with team for maintaining up time of current and future equipment.
5. Drive quality, process change and Lean initiatives to ensure sustained delivery from the
equipment.
6. Build positive employee relationships and ensure customer responsive working environment.
7. Uptime of equipment planning, executing, and reviewing the agreed production plan to
meet daily targets.
