Key Responsibilities 

● Conduct field visits to actively engage with potential customers and promote indiagold's products and services. 

● Focus on lead generation through on-ground marketing activities, events, and direct customer interaction. 

● Convert qualified leads into active customers by providing excellent service and follow-up. 

● Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience and addressing any inquiries or concerns. 

● Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. 

● Provide market insights, customer feedback, and competitor analysis to improve sales strategies. 

● Assist in executing localised sales campaigns and promotional events to enhance brand visibility. 

Requirements 

● 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in financial services or a related industry. 

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. 

● Proficiency in Hindi and local languages; knowledge of English is an advantage. 

● Proven track record of achieving sales targets and lead conversion.

 ● Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently in the field. 

● Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions for customer meetings and marketing activities. 

● Own conveyance is mandatory.
