 Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market conditions, and competitors' activities. Educate customers about the features and benefits of products 

 Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the Sales Manager. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
