Job description: Promptly attending and responding to enquiries from Customers.

Ø  Rate negotiation with airlines, sub agents, destination offices and transporters.

Ø  Understanding the needs of customers and providing solutions to their problems

Ø  Coordinating with local shippers, destination offices and CHA for smooth handling of shipment.

Ø  Updating the status of shipments and following up on deliveries

Ø  Maintaining Daily Status reports.

Ø  Take part in Cargo planning, and maintaining committed cargo volumes with Airlines.

Ø  Preparing Rate Contracts with the shipper

Ø  Work in close co-ordination with Sales teams to On-board New Customers and start new Trade lanes.

Ø  Quoting rates to the shipper on spot queries.
