Sales Focus:
Conduct intensive and
structured prospecting of new clients to identify and develop new accounts
Establishes, develops and
maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective
customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new
business for the organization’s products/services
Customer Focus: Primary
& Secondary
Present, promote, and sell
products to existing and prospective customers.
Team Lead, Team handling, All

Establish, develop, and
maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Reach out to customer leads
through cold calling and visits.
Expedite the resolution of
customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve agreed upon sales
targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales effort with
team members and other departments.
Analyze the territory/market’s
potential, track sales, and status reports.
Supply management with reports
on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and
potential for new products and services.
Liaising with suppliers to
check the progress of existing orders. Checking the quantities of goods on
display and in stock.
Recording sales and order
information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures
into a computer system

Experience required 5+ Years

Proven work experience as a
Sales Representative in the FMCG industry or related field.
