Operation Manager

 Pune. 

Role & Responsibility: • To check the documents as per the company’s policy and checklists and to assist the Branches – (Branch Manager and Business Development Managers) in sending queries upon receipt of the loan case.

 • To identify the discrepancy in documents provided by BDMs and assist them in resolving the queries from Credit, Legal and Compliance prospective. 

• Preparation of various MIS for data pertaining to Lead, Login, Sanction and Disbursement. 

• To conduct Anti Money laundering checks on the portal.

 • To operate and data entry in LMS and to coordinate with LMS vendor.

 • To update, create and and maintain CKYC records. 

• To check the physical files and arrange the documentations in the loan file. 

• To Interact with Customers time to time as a part of customer’s ongoing due diligence. 

• To manage and maintain the dispatch of the documentation to the customers such as welcome letter, SOA etc as per the Internal TAT.

 • To Carry out the CERSAI Search reports and register the charge on CERSAI Portal. 

Pre-Requisites: • Good knowledge and command on operating of Excel and Loan management Portal.

 • Having experience of at least 2 years in Central Operations of NBFC/ Housing Finance Company. • Minimum education – Should be Graduate. • Language – Should understand, Speak Marathi, Hindi and English Language.
