JOB DESCRIPTION FOR THE POSITION OF HR EXECUTIVE 

 Position - Hr executive

 Location - Mumbai, andheri east

 Employment Type - Full-Time

 Qualification - any graduate

 Position Summary: 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Recruiter specializing in bulk hiring. The ideal candidate will manage high-volume recruitment drives, ensuring timely onboarding of candidates while maintaining quality standards. You will play a pivotal role in meeting the staffing needs of the organization by sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent efficiently. 

 Key Responsibilities: 

 1. Talent Acquisition: Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals. Conduct bulk hiring campaigns, job fairs, and walk-in drives. 

 2. Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' suitability. Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers for shortlisted candidates. 

 3. Coordination and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer rollouts and onboarding. Ensure candidates are engaged throughout the hiring process to reduce dropouts.

 4. Database Management: Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future bulk hiring needs. Update recruitment databases and generate reports for tracking recruitment performance. 

 5. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with department heads to understand bulk hiring requirements. Ensure timely communication with all stakeholders regarding recruitment progress. 

 6. Market Insights: Keep abreast of market trends and competitor practices to enhance recruitment strategies.

 Required Skills & Qualifications: 

 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 

Proven experience in bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment (minimum 1-3 years).

 Strong sourcing skills using platforms like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 

 Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficient in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in conducting campus recruitment drives. Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment compliance.
