Responsibilities 

● Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

Requirements and skills 

● Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor

● Decision-making skills. 

● Ensure to track , measure , report , and evaluate vendor performance. 

● Team Management - Shrinkage , Attrition , RAG
