Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using various platforms and tools.
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate hiring decisions.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the offer process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter specializing in tech roles.
  • Familiarity with technical skills and terminologies (e.g., software development, IT infrastructure, data science).
  • Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and social media.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates using multiple channels such as job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Sales and Operations roles, ensuring timely closure of positions.
  • Maintain candidate records and manage communication through the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining transparent and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies when necessary, while ensuring compliance with recruitment policies.
  • Track recruitment progress, generate reports, and provide feedback to the hiring managers.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in recruiting for sales and operations roles, ideally within the automobile industry.
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting within the automobile industry is highly preferred.
  • Understanding of sales and operations functions and their specific hiring requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
