Job Description:

Job Title: Customer Service / Coordinator 

 Job Profile: As a Customer Service Representative and Service Coordinator , you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience by: 

 Providing accurate data and guidance to customers and service centers to facilitate case resolution and closure. 

 Managing reports and maintaining MIS (Management Information System) for ongoing calls, queries, and support processes. 

 Addressing customer and service center calls, queries, and emails with  solutions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Candidate Criteria: We are seeking candidates who meet the following requirements: 

 Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. 

 Location: Must be based in Mumbai. 

 Skills: o Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. o Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. o Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
