RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives. • Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance and support. • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication. • Achieve sales targets and KPIs as set by the company. • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. • Ensure compliance with NBFC regulations and company policies. • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management. QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. • 3+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. • Experience in the financial services sector, preferably within an NBFC. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client base. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
