o Administer and maintain the Contentful platform, ensuring user access, content modeling, and integrations.

o Configure and customize Contentful environments to meet organizational requirements, maintaining administrative governance over marketing technology applications.

o Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features, enhancements, and integrations.

o Develop and maintain documentation for Contentful configurations, processes, and best practices.

o Stay updated on Contentful platform updates, industry trends, and recommend optimizations.

o Provide technical support and training to users, resolving issues promptly.

o Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulations.

o Create and maintain reporting and monitoring for application usage and performance.

Eligibility Criteria: (Skill set required to do the job- Knowledge, Tools, Technical Knowledge, Certifications etc.)

o Deep understanding of hosted Martech applications.

o In-depth knowledge of Contentful platform architecture, APIs, and best practices.

o Familiarity with web development frameworks and tools such as React, Angular, Gatsby, or Next.js.

o Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

o Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive mindset.

o Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies.

o Knowledge of content management systems (CMS), Digital Asset Management (DAM) Platforms, and Experimentation and Personalization Platforms.

o Experience in workflow and procedure analysis, including developing internal tools training and materials.

o Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.

o Proficiency in presenting data effectively and understanding engineering concepts..
