Job Description:

Manager- Enterprise Sales

 Location : Hyderabad

 Experience : 8-10 years 

Qualification : Any Graduate/ Management Graduates Industry : Business Services, Real Estate, Hospitality, Service Industry 

 Key Responsibilities: Sales & Partnership Management 

● Developing & maintaining prospect & customer/ client list based on strategic marketing data & other sources for sales leads.

 ● Engaging with IPC’s , Domestic/ Local Brokers, trade conferences, nurturing industry relationships for possible opportunities to develop business opportunities. 

● Active in liaison relationship within industry.

 ● Ensure customer satisfaction by working along with operations, quality, customer service teams, to address any customer concerns or issues.

 ● Client Acquisition and corporate relations with companies 

● Keep abreast of industry trends and practices and update knowledge and skills to improve the product and service offering. 

● Engage & retain clients with immediate escalation facilitation, regular visits & value delivery.

 ● Have a thorough knowledge of all facilities and services offered including type of Space available as well as location and layout, selling status, rates, and benefits of all package plans.

 ● Implement, review and maintain documentation, reporting systems, contractual obligations, security and safety protocols, communications, product and service standards.

 ● Manage agreement creation and associated paperwork ensuring accuracy and compliance. 

● Drive negotiations to secure and finalize deals. 

● Cultivate relationships with potential partners and other associations to bolster brand visibility and lead generation. ● Propose innovative strategies to enhance revenue.

 Customer Relationship Management - ● Oversee all customer requests and queries for optimal service delivery. ● Manage and assist members through their growth and extensions for long-term relationships. ● Conduct customer interactions to understand and identify areas for service enhancement.
