 Job Summary: The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes to ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic goals. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, overseeing talent acquisition, and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). 

 Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role. 

 Thorough knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 

 Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.  Leadership skills with a strategic mindset.

 Preferred Skills:  Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR). 

 Experience in managing HR functions within [specify industry if applicable]. 

 Knowledge of employee engagement platforms and tools.
