Here are some responsibilities of an HR field recruiter:
  • Developing recruitment plans: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and recruitment plans 
  • Posting job ads: Write and post job descriptions on job sites, social media, and career pages 

  • Sourcing candidates: Use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract candidates, such as networking and social media 
  • Screening resumes: Review incoming resumes and application forms 
  • Conducting interviews: Interview candidates by phone, in person, or video 
  • Providing feedback: Provide feedback to candidates and updates to hiring managers on the recruitment process
