Develop and generate business for assigned area

Ø  Train & guide team on selling techniques, business processes and credit parameters

Ø  Monitor & track team performance

Ø  Conduct field visits for customer meetings, field investigations / other checks, relationship development and  market mapping

Ø  Follow up & ensure credit approval from the concerned authority for files submitted

Ø  Collections / Recovery of assigned portfolio

Ø  Ensuring complete documentation, stamping and formalities related to pre / post disbursement

Ø  Complete control of NPA and overdue cases and their overall reduction o set targets

Ø  Abreast with the competitor’s practices and market activities / preferences and recommend future strategies

Ø  Conducting various marketing initiatives in assigned area

Ø  Customer service – Attending to customer enquiries / grievances on a timely basis
