Location-Mumbai

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

·   MIS on Corporate Credit Card Utilization.

·   Extract Logs of Credit Card Utilization.

·   Weekly/ Monthly Reports to Monitor Credit Card Sales.

·   Preparation of daily and monthly MIS report and preparation of monthly performance and data report to measure team progress & to identify areas for improvement.

·   Aiding and attending customer call and queries received over mail and voice to avoid delay in processing the claim and payment.

·   Share the reports with relevant stakeholders.

·   Communication & Coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

·   Handling mail and calls from business partners & stakeholders.

 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

 

• Good communication skills

• Experience in negotiating commercial agreements

• Experience in MIS

• Experience in working with credit policy and operations

·   Analytical and Problem-Solving Skill

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Bachelor's degree.

Proficiency in MIS systems
