Position – Sourcing Manager.
Job Description:
 Create strategic sourcing plans for smooth functioning of the department
 Exp. in Handicraft industry
 Originate flexible strategies and firm profitable deals
 Understand the company’s requirements and look for the suppliers accordingly.
 Maintain a friendly relationship with suppliers and vendors
 Create Purchase order on time and follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of
goods.
 Achieve maximum efficiency by carrying out various outsourcing methods.
 Ensure the planning of the shipments in line with the goods inhouse.
 Ensure the quality checking of the goods is in time and as per the requirement of
the company.
 Manage timely deliveries and determine the quantity so that the sale of the
company is not affected.
 Collaborate with trustworthy partners and suppliers
 Negotiate on the pricing such that it fits in our budget
 Coordinate with the HR Department for payments of contact labour in case hired
for extra work.
 Be aware of the latest market trends and industry.
