Job Description:

  1. Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with department managers, supervisors, and human resources to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
  2. Training Program Development and Design: Incorporate appropriate instructional methodologies, such as on-the-job training, simulations, and e-learning, to deliver effective training.
  3. Training Delivery: Utilize various training methods, including lectures, demonstrations, group activities, and hands-on practice.
  4. Training Evaluation and improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using assessments, quizzes, feedback surveys, and performance evaluations.
  5. Collaboration and Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, maintenance, and quality assurance, to incorporate their expertise into training programs.
  6. Compliance and Safety: Ensure training programs comply with applicable industry regulations, safety standards, and manufacturing best practices.
  7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and training outcomes.
  8. Knowledge and experience in preparing Skill matrix/competency mapping.
  9. Finding Internal and external trainers for the scheduled/required trainings.
  10. Experience in facing ISO/EHS/EMS audits and customer audits.
