Ensure that construction activities are conducted safely and in accordance with local safety regulations.

Perform site inspections to assess the quality of work and identify issues or discrepancies.

Technical Support & Problem Solving:

• Provide technical support and guidance to contractors on-site to address engineering challenges.

• Coordinate with the design team and other stakeholders to resolve any issues related to drawings, designs, or specifications.

• Review and approve as-built drawings, ensuring that work is being completed as per approved plans.

Quality Control & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.

• Maintain documentation of inspections, testing, and quality control procedures.

• Conduct regular checks to ensure that materials and work comply with the technical specifications and standards.

Coordination with Stakeholders:

• Act as the main point of contact between the client, contractors, and project management teams.

• Coordinate with various departments, including procurement, design, and quality control.

• Liaise with clients to provide updates on project progress and any challenges faced on-site.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare regular reports detailing the progress of work, issues encountered, and corrective actions taken.

• Maintain comprehensive records of all site activities, inspections, and communications.

• Monitor and update project schedules and cost estimates based on site progress and potential delays.

Safety and Risk Management:

• Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure that all workers are using proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
