ABOUT THE ROLE As a Quality control person, you will have to ensure the quality and compliance of raw materials, ingredients, and production processes in Supplementation manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of quality control, food safety standards, and regulatory compliance in the food/nutraceutical industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Ensure materials meet specified standards before entering the production line.

 ● Monitor hygiene, storage conditions, and handling of raw materials. 

● Verify batch documentation and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

 ● Online product testing of raw material checks before issuance to production.

 ● Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Online Inspections and relevant food safety regulations (FSSAI, HACCP) during all processes.

 ● Inspect pre-mixing, blending, and ingredient formulation processes.

 ● Perform routine laboratory tests on ingredients before and after processing.

 ● Ensure compliance with nutritional and microbiological standards.

 ● Work closely with the R&D team to optimize formulations.

 ● Train production staff on quality and hygiene best practices.

  SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

 EDUCATION - B.Sc./B.Tech in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Microbiology 

● Good communication skills 

● Strong knowledge of quality testing methods and equipment. 

● Understanding of regulatory guidelines (FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, etc.). 

● Good documentation and reporting skills. 

● Experience of handling team members 

● Knowledge of MS excel and Powerpoint presentation
