Skills & Knowledge:  In-depth knowledge of real estate and commercial building development processes.  Experience with project management, construction scheduling, and budgeting.  Proficient in using construction management software and tools.  Strong leadership and team coordination skills.  Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
