Job Purpose

·         To develop the Corporate & Travel Agent segment from the region and generate business to 45 plus Sterling resorts & hotels across the country.

·         Achieve the revenue & Room nights target allocated for each of the resort

Key Area of Responsibility

·         To build & maintain strong relationships with Clients, Travel Agencies, Events Planners, & Corporates

·         To identify potential customers. Expand the account portfolio by onboarding new accounts and close business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company.

·         Communicate the Sterling Value proposition within the designated sales geography.

·         To make impactful sales presentations to prospective customers.

·         Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor’s activities.

·         Work closely with the Revenue & Central Reservation team to develop promotional material & campaigns to support sales initiatives.  

·         Creating a Potential Pipeline of prospects for MICE and FIT, from Hotel Sales and corporate business.

·         Negotiation and Contract agreement finalization.

Qualif1cation

Education: Minimum Graduation. Post-Graduation will be an added advantage
