Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Field Sales Activities:

o Conduct market visits to promote VBOND products and generate new leads.

o Achieve assigned sales targets by selling construction and building materials to retailers, distributors, and contractors.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

o Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business.

o Act as a point of contact for addressing client queries and providing product-related guidance.

3. Sales Reporting:

o Submit daily/weekly reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

o Collaborate with the team to strategize and improve sales performance.

4. Market Expansion:

o Identify new business opportunities in the construction and building materials sector.

o Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and increase market penetration.

Qualifications & Skills Required

 Education: Minimum Graduation (any discipline).

 Experience: 1-4 years in field sales (experience in the construction or building materials industry is preferred).

 Skills:

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

o Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.

o Self-driven and target-oriented with excellent time management skills.

o Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).

Requirements

 Gender: Male candidates only.

 Vehicle: A personal two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory.

 License: Valid driving license.

 Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
