Roles and Responsibilities
1.Field Sales Activities:
oConduct market visits to promote VBOND products and generate new leads.
oAchieve assigned sales targets by selling construction and building materials to
retailers, distributors, and contractors.
2.Customer Relationship Management:
oBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring
repeat business.
oAct as a point of contact for addressing client queries and providing productrelated
guidance.
3.Sales Reporting:
oSubmit daily/weekly reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor
activities.
oCollaborate with the team to strategize and improve sales performance.
4.Market Expansion:
oIdentify new business opportunities in the construction and building materials
sector.
oCollaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and increase
market penetration.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Education: Minimum Graduation (any discipline).
Experience: 1-4 years in field sales (experience in the construction or building materials
industry is preferred).
Skills:
oStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
oAbility to negotiate and close deals effectively.
oSelf-driven and target-oriented with excellent time management skills.
oBasic proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
