 Manager - Purchase & procurement & contracts, Job Duties & Roles & Responsibilities: Key Accountabilities & Core Competencies: Vendor management, Cost management, Presentation skill, Technical Competencies, MS Project. Conduct feasibility studies and market research. Conducting cost estimation, quantity take offs, and bill of quantities for residential, commercial, and high-rise projects. Evaluating and negotiating contractor bids and ensuring cost-effective project delivery. Performing cost control, monitoring expenses, and preparing project financial reports. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met within budget constraints. Team Management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants. Budgeting and Cost Control: Establish and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure costeffectiveness. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with clients, investors, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed. Site Management: Oversee site preparation, construction, and handover processes, ensuring quality and safety standards. Contract Administration: Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, contractors, and consultants. Quality Control: Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and sustainability standards. Reporting and Monitoring: Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and performance metrics to stakeholders. Compliance: Ensure projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Closure: Manage project close-out, final inspections, and handover to clients or end-users. Required Experience: Autocad, Green building, BOQ preparation, End to end project management design to delivery, Education / Preferred Qualifications: B Arch/ BE Civil Good communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and present cost estimates effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office for accurate data analysis and project reporting. Experience in quantity surveying for residential, commercial, and high-rise buildings. Excellent knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement processes real estate ate projects. Pay: ₹40,000 - ₹60,000 PM
