Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Purchase Manager to lead our procurement activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, vendor management, cost negotiation, and procurement strategies specifically within the real estate or construction industry.


Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end procurement activities for construction materials, MEP items, and interior finishes.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers and vendors.

Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.

Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases to avoid delays in project timelines.

Collaborate with project, finance, and logistics teams to forecast needs and ensure timely procurement.

Conduct regular vendor audits and performance evaluations.

Maintain accurate purchase records, documentation, and reports.

Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new materials or technologies relevant to real estate construction.


Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.

8 to 12 years of experience in procurement within the real estate or construction sector.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Sound knowledge of procurement software and tools (e.g., ERP systems).

Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously.

Proven track record of cost savings and process improvements.
