The AEM Developer will be responsible for implementing enhancements, bug fixes, and support activities for Government of Rajasthan portals on the AEM platform. This role includes developing custom components, templates, and workflows in AEM.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and customize AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows.

● Implement OSGi services, Sling models, and client libraries.

● Work on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTL (Sightly) for frontend integration.

● Support daily operations, bug fixing, and feature enhancements.

● Perform deployment activities and maintain version control using Git.

● Collaborate with Sr. AEM Developer and Business Analyst for requirement gathering.

● Ensure compliance with security and accessibility guidelines.

Required Skills

● 2–4 years of experience in AEM development.

● Strong knowledge of AEM 6.x, Java/J2EE, Apache Sling, JCR.

● Experience with HTL (Sightly), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.

● Familiarity with Dispatcher configuration and AEM DAM.

● Knowledge of Git, basic CI/CD workflows.

● Good troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

● Exposure to performance tuning and dispatcher optimization.

● Knowledge of Safe-to-Host compliance and OWASP security principles.
