Position- Engineer-Instrumentation

Qualification-BE/ B-tech - Instrumentation (BE with 5 +Yrs. / Diploma with 7+ Yrs.)

Roles and Responsibility

● Should conversant with operation and maintenance of utility equipment's like chillers, compressors, steam boilers, thermic fluid heaters, Nitrogen plants, etc.…

● Should conversant with installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of process field instruments like control valves, safety valves, flow, level, temperature, pressure, mass flow measurement and controlling instruments.

● Candidate having experience of DTY Machines, POY Machines, FDY machines, continuous polymerization (CP) good advantage and is highly preferred.

● Should have good experience of handling group of peoples in shift.

● Excellent hands on experience of installation, commissioning, Operation of Automation system like DCS, SCADA, PLC based systems, master calibration instruments.

● Should conversant in calibration and validation of field instruments used for operation and control of process parameters like Pressure, temperature, flow, level, safety valves, control valves, weighing scales etc.

● Day to day activities like attending the shift activities, trouble shooting primarily in process, utility and service area.

● Writing Reports and documentation.

● Programming and minor modifications in Instruments/Automation systems like VFD, PID controllers, and field instruments.

● IMS implementation and documentation

● Understand plant process drawing (Process interlock drawing -PID)

● Should have knowledge of testing & Calibration of various instrument and products.

● Should execute Preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of plants instruments, automation System.

● Experience in PLC programming, modification, integration and Troubleshooting (Siemens, AB, Mitsubhisi etc)
