Experience - 4 - 8 years of experience in Loan Sales

Job Description for Branch Manager :

- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets through affordable loan against property (LAP) and secured loans.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.

- Foster strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive growth and revenue expansion.

- Need to achieve monthly sales target, team handling responsibility.

- Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning and regulatory compliance. Preferred candidate Profile :

- Candidates should have 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Affordable LAP, specifically managing cases with ticket sizes ranging from 15 lakh to 50 lakh.

- A minimum 1 year of team management experience is essential.

 Preferred: MBA or Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience :

 Total Experience: Minimum 4–8 years in financial services.

 Relevant Experience: Must 2–3 years of hands-on experience As a Branch Manager in LAP or secured business loans.

 Experience in managing a retail lending branch or team is highly desirable.

 Prior exposure to local markets, DSA management, and field sales is a strong advantage.  Age : up to 40yrs
