Job Description for Branch Manager:

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets through affordable loan against property (LAP) and secured loans.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.

- Foster strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive growth and revenue expansion.

- Need to achieve monthly sales target, team handling responsibility.

- Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning and regulatory compliance.

Preferred candidate Profile:

- Candidates should have 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Affordable LAP, specifically managing cases with ticket sizes ranging from 15 lakh to 50 lakh.

- A minimum 1 year of team management experience is essential.

Location Preference : Candidates based locally will be preferred

Eligibility Criteria for Branch Manager – LAP (Loan Against Property)

Educational Qualification :

• Minimum: Graduate in any discipline.

• Preferred: MBA or Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience :

• Total Experience: Minimum 4–8 years in financial services.

• Relevant Experience: Must 2–3 years of hands-on experience As a Branch Manager in LAP or secured business loans.

• Experience in managing a retail lending branch or team is highly desirable.

• Prior exposure to local markets, DSA management, and field sales is a strong advantage.

• Age : up to 40yrs
