 Reach out to and counsel nurses about employment opportunities in Germany.  Explain the benefits of working in Germany, including career growth, lifestyle, and financial stability.  Present and sell German language training packages essential for the job opportunity.  Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings.  Maintain records of prospects, leads, and conversions in CRM tools.  Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.  Collaborate with the operations and training teams to ensure smooth onboarding of candidates.
