Role Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our managed properties. This role involves rental collection, handling property visits, managing shifting processes, and ensuring overall property maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all assigned properties are clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready at all times.
2. Handle rental collection and maintain accurate payment records.
3. Coordinate and conduct property visits with potential tenants.
4. Manage tenant shifting processes (check-ins and check-outs).
5. Monitor and address any repair or maintenance issues with quick resolution.
6. Coordinate with housekeeping and support teams for smooth operations.
7. Maintain regular communication with tenants for feedback and updates.

Candidate Requirements:

1. 1–3 years of experience in property management, facility coordination, or hospitality operations.
2. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
3. Good communication and people management abilities.
4. Willingness to travel between properties when required.
5. Basic knowledge of rental agreements and hospitality standards is a plus.
6. Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory.
