The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in **unsecured loan collections**, **flow bucket management**, and **team leadership**. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the end-to-end collections function for unsecured business loans across the assigned region. * Drive and monitor **flow bucket** and **field collection** performance to ensure minimal delinquency and NPA levels. * Manage, train, and motivate a large team of Area and Regional Collection Managers. * Develop and implement collection strategies to improve recovery efficiency. * Coordinate with legal, credit, and business teams to resolve high-risk accounts. * Monitor and report state-level collection metrics and performance indicators to senior management. * Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements in collection practices.
