 Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.  Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and payroll.  Ensure statutory compliance – PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and Labour Laws.  Draft, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures.  Handle employee grievances and foster a positive work culture.  Conduct performance appraisals and assist in training initiatives.  Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain accurate documentation.  Coordinate with management on manpower planning and performance improvement.
