What you will work on:

● Work on Collection Strategy Design & Monitoring, and provide data driven solutions to improve collections strategy.

● Create and Monitor MIS to ensure portfolio health.

● Areas of work - Collections analytics, loss estimation, recovery models, strategy for improvement.

● Designing Agency payout and employee incentive.

● Vendor onboarding and engagement.

● Design Predictive Models for Pre-delinquency and post Delinquency pools using Machine Learning/Statistical Techniques to identify Potential Defaulters/Recoveries.

● Design Settlement/Write - off Recovery Models.

The ideal candidate:

1. Excellent logic and problem-solving skills and are numbers-driven.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills.

Qualification and Experience:

1. 8 - 10 years experience in the collections strategy department with Banks, NBFCs, or Fintech.
2. Master's/Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field from a reputed institute.
