Ltd. is seeking an experienced and proactive **Safety Officer** to oversee and implement health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards at our facade and fabrication project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety regulations, promote safe work practices, and minimize risks across all operations. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Implement and monitor safety policies, procedures, and programs at project sites. ✅ Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments. ✅ Ensure compliance with fire safety, PPE, and site safety standards. ✅ Identify potential hazards and take preventive measures. ✅ Deliver safety induction and training sessions for all site personnel. ✅ Investigate and report any incidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions. ✅ Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure safety norms are integrated into all operations. ✅ Maintain documentation related to safety inspections, incident reports, and safety drills. Key Skills & Requirements: Page 2 of 2 * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Safety Officer in **facade or fabrication** projects. * Strong knowledge of **fire safety regulations** and industrial safety standards. * Diploma or certification in **Industrial Safety / Fire Safety** preferred. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Ability to handle multiple projects and ensure adherence to safety protocols.Location: Mumbai
