Business Manager Franchise Growth We are looking for a dynamic professional to drive franchise expansion and revenue growth. The role involves identifying potential franchise partners, managing onboarding, ensuring compliance with business processes, and supporting franchisees to achieve sales and operational excellence. The candidate will work closely with leadership to design growth strategies, build strong relationships, and monitor performance across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise partners.

* Drive sales and revenue growth across franchise network.

* Ensure adherence to brand standards and operational processes.

* Support franchisees with training, marketing, and business development.

* Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to leadership. Requirements:

* 3–5 years of experience in franchise development/expansion or business growth.

* Strong business acumen with proven track record in scaling operations.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. • Willingness to travel as needed.
