PCD Sales & Marketing (Role Overview)

Key Focus:

Promoting pharmaceutical products and expanding the distribution network.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Appointing and managing PCD distributors/franchise partners.
2. Promoting company products through marketing materials and campaigns.
3. Driving regional sales growth and achieving targets.
4. Building strong relationships with chemists, doctors, and stockists.
5. Managing product orders, delivery, and payment follow-ups.

Required Skills:

1. Good communication & negotiation skills.
2. Knowledge of pharma marketing and distribution.
3. Ability to handle independent sales territories.
4. Strong relationship-building and customer service orientation.

Ideal Experience:

2–5 years in Pharma / PCD / Franchise Sales.
