Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Business Partner to align business objectives with employees and management. The role involves driving HR strategies, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives while ensuring compliance and smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide HR guidance.
- Drive end-to-end employee lifecycle processes — onboarding, confirmation, performance reviews, and exit management.
- Manage employee engagement programs and initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Handle employee grievances and provide effective resolution in alignment with company policies.
- Support manpower planning, talent acquisition, and internal mobility.
- Work closely with management to implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Monitor key HR metrics like attrition, engagement, and performance outcomes.
- Assist in HR policy development, communication, and compliance.
- Drive performance management and learning & development initiatives.
- Coordinate with payroll and compliance teams for seamless HR operations.

- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and compliance
- Experience in performance management and talent development
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools
Educational Qualification:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field
Preferred Background:
- Prior experience as HRBP or HR Generalist in a fast-paced organization
- Exposure to handling 100–300 employee headcount
