Strong knowledge of process simulation tools – ASPEN Plus / HYSYS (mandatory).  In-depth understanding of distillation, mass transfer, pressure vessel design, and chemical process optimization.  Ability to analyze complex data and propose effective process improvements.  Strong documentation and communication skills.  Hands-on experience with process safety and risk assessment. Preferred Candidate Profile:  B.E. in Chemical Engineering from a recognized institute.  5–8 years of relevant experience in distillation, pressure vessel, or chemical process industries.  Capable of working independently and within a team to deliver process excellence
