We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

 Supervise and manage on-site installation of façade, curtain wall, and glazing systems as per project specifications.

 Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth execution of facade works.

 Review technical drawings and ensure compliance with approved design and quality standards.

 Monitor site progress and ensure timelines, budgets, and safety guidelines are followed.

 Conduct regular inspections and prepare daily/weekly site reports.

 Resolve technical issues and provide on-site engineering solutions.

 Liaise with procurement and logistics teams for timely material delivery.

 Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.

Requirements:

 Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant field.

 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in site execution within the facade/glass industry.

 Strong knowledge of glass, aluminum, curtain wall systems, and structural glazing techniques.

 Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

 Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.

 Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

 Willingness to travel or relocate as per project requirements.
